// Grapple Truck Production Foreman

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Annually (Based on Experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Department: Service Department

Reports To: Service Manager

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Job Description:

The Grapple Truck Production Foreman is a hands-on production leader responsible for owning the grapple truck build process from start to finish. Once a build is issued, this role serves as the single point of accountability for planning, coordinating, and executing the project through completion. Truck builds include chassis work, welding, fabrication, and troubleshooting, alongside daily production coordination.

The Foreman works directly on builds while coordinating technicians, parts, workflow, documentation, and communication across departments to ensure each truck is completed on schedule, within budget, and to QEP quality and safety standards. The goal of this role is to manage builds independently, so Sales leadership does not need to be involved in day-to-day production once a build is issued.
